INGREDIENTS
500 g Halswell Butchery Chicken breast
200 g Halswell Butchery Bacon
1 cup button mushrooms sliced
1 tsp garlic crushed
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 can Reduced cream or 750mls Cream
milk to thin as desired
pepper to season
parmesan/Cheese to top
1 packet Fettuccine
INSTRUCTIONS:
Brown chicken, add bacon & mushrooms, cook. Add garlic.
Mix (reduced) cream with stock powder.
Add to the pan seasoning with black pepper.
Mixture will thicken so thin with milk to desired consistency.
Add cherry tomatoes, sliced in half, if desired.
Serve on top of cooked fettuccine.
Sprinkle with grated parmesan.
